Job Mission

-The company’s Industrial Engineering (IE) sector is dedicated to increasing the robustness of the company’s products and processes by driving industrialization solutions relating to Reliability, Availability, Manufacturability and Serviceability (RAMS) into the company’s products from the moment of conception.

-The IE engineering community consists of 4 key competencies: Manufacturing Engineering (ME), Supply Chain Engineering & Outsoursing (SEO), Cost Engineering (CE) and Customer Support Engineering (CSE).

-Each competency executes their engineering tasks in the x-sector engineering team in close cooperation with D&E. As the key deliverable of IE in early development phases are the industrial product specifications such as i.e. the Manufacturing Requirements Specification (MRS), the key deliverable in later development phases is the preparation of tools and procedures for our suppliers, factory and customer support

 

Job Description

-As Industrial Engineering Project Leader in the company’s IE-PM department you report directly to the IE Program Manager who is responsible for all IE deliverables in the product.

-The IE project management teams are responsible for definition and execution of the product industrialization roadmaps.

-As Project Leader Industrialization;

You support the program industrialization master plan

You plan and execute design for Manufacturability in early design phase.

You plan your resources

You prepare to secure proto and pilot manufacturing and release for volume production.

You align with your stakeholders

You deliver Manufacturing Requirements Specification, Manufacturing Production Planning, Process line & work center definition and Cycle time reduction roadmap

 

Education

Bachelor or Master’s Degree in Science or Engineering.

 

Experience

-At least 7 years of product development/design and/or industrial engineering experience in a high-tech ultra-precision system building environment (wafer steppers, pick-and-place machines or medical scanners).

-In-depth knowledge of ultra-precision electromechanical/optical systems (scanner/stepper modules or system-wide functions).

-Experienced Project Leader with both development and industrialization experience, industrialize and prepare volume production for the company’s products.

-Experience in new product introductions
