Description:
A leading global supplier of business software, is looking to appoint a Corporate Risk Manager to implement, further develop and manage the Risk Control Framework (RCF).
The role holder will Support business risk assessments within business units and on management board level


Key Accountabilities:
Aggregate and analyze business risk profiles across business units and at management board level
Support management with the implementation of finance & reporting key controls
Facilitate assessment of finance & reporting key controls, remediation of deficiencies and monitor corrective action
Monitor progress and coordinate reporting of relevant risk information to the Board of Management and Supervisory Board
Pro-actively advise corporate and local management regarding risk management needs and requirements
Internal and external reporting on risks to key stakeholders, for example in internal business performance reports and the annual report.
Oversee the selection of the most appropriate risk management tools and techniques.

Qualifications
Post doctorate education: Register Accountant (RA), Operational Auditor (RO), Register EDP Auditor (RE) or Register Controller (RC)
At least 6 years of working experience
Ability to communicate with and educate all levels of management and staff
Experience with the Dutch Corporate Governance Code and/or Sarbanes Oxley
Experience with risk management tooling
Understanding of the business software development and implementation industry
Fluent in English both written and verbally
Willingness to travel abroad.
